Kaylee Rudd is a Junior Research Fellow at Wicking Centre at the University of Tasmania. Her research aims to understand the feasibility and validity of using digitised movement tests in detecting early stages of Alzheimer’s Disease. She also collaborates with researchers in Australia, UK and Germany to identify early biomarkers of Parkinson’s Disease. Her passion for early detection of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s are rooted in her work experience as a physiotherapist in aged and community care in remote and rural Tasmania.
