I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Flinders University College of Nursing and Health Sciences. My research focusses on understanding and supporting implementation of innovation and evidence-based practice in aged care.

I completed my PhD in 2021 at Flinders University, in which I examined factors influencing Primary Health Networks' evidence-informed and equity-oriented primary health care planning.

I have qualitative research experience and am passionate about primary health care, aged care, evidence-informed health policy-making, implementation science, social determinants of health and health equity.

I have previous experience in primary health care organisations including delivering, developing and evaluating primary health care programmes in after hours primary care, quality use of medicines, health workforce support and aged care, as well as conducting primary health care needs assessment research.
