Bursary to attend the 2026 AAG Conference

The 58th AAG Conference - “Ageing at the Centre” will be held 11-14th November 2025, Alice Springs, Northern Territory.

The Australian Association of Gerontology (AAG) NT Division is offering a contribution of $500 to support your attendance at this conference.
Selection criteria:

  • Current AAG membership
  • Current enrolment in a field of study directly related to ageing, aged care or gerontology OR current employment in the field of aged care
  • A demonstrated interest in issues of ageing and career aspirations relating to ageing, aged care or gerontology


We strongly encourage those of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background and/or those researching or working on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Ageing issues to apply.

When applying please:

  • Describe in 250 words or less why you should receive this bursary, how it will benefit you and your future career and how you meet the selection criteria
