Holly Sparrow combines her love of people, projects and purpose at ARIIA to make a positive difference to the aged care workforce and the lives of older people. With a degree in psychology and experience across organisational strategy, human resources, project implementation, and change management, Holly manages large-scale strategic projects at ARIIA and has played a key role in establishing and facilitating ARIIA’s workforce capability programs.
