Claudia worked for the Bolton Clarke Research Institute in Victoria for 11 years (up until April 2026), most recently as a Senior Research Fellow where she led the development of the fit-for-purpose Implementation Framework for Aged Care.
Claudia has returned to the primary care sector, working with older people in physiotherapy clinical practice. She continues as an Adjunct Research Fellow in the Rehabilitation, Ageing and Independent Living Research Centre at Monash University, and the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Flinders University.
She is the Immediate Past President of the AAG, a member of the 2030 International Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics World Congress planning committee and is a Board Director of Dhelkaya Health in regional Victoria.
