Dr Cheng Yen Loo is a health sociologist with research expertise in health promotions, family and migration studies, with a special focus on hospital patient care and safety, falls prevention education, ageing and carers research. completed her PhD in 2022 at the UWA School of Health and Clinical Sciences. Cheng is a research fellow at the WA Centre for Health and Ageing (UWA). She is also a recipient of the 2025 AAG Hal Kendig Grant.
